The Drowning Tree by Carol Goodman

480pp., this book was really great! A literary mystery, with several good story lines and secrets both old and new. Lots of intertwining plot twists, and character references to ancient gods and goddesses. Also lots of interesting art tie-ins, and the whole thing takes place in a college town. The main character Juno had been attacked by her ex-husband, who now resides in a mental institution, and this is the story of their great love, his mental deterioration, and all of the mysteries surrounding these events.
